What you will love about this home

In the heart of the Costa Brava, in the port of Llançà, very central, one minute from the beach. Very close to Cadaqués. From there you can make many walks along the Ronda path, bordering the sea. You can eat in good restaurants, also 2 michelin stars! The apartment is modern and very comfortable, 68m2, with a large terrace and parking, with 2 bedrooms, for 5 people. Ideal famílies. Views to the mountain. It has an elevator, terrace with table, chairs and deck chair, covered parking in the same building, heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, television with French and Spanish channels, iron, etc. The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, mini-oven, toaster ...

What you will love about this neighborhood

Llançà has two main nuclei: the Port, which is where the apartment is located, and the Vila, the center to which you can approach walking in about ten minutes, see its old medieval tower, church, Watercolor Museum, shops and atmosphere very nice. In the Vila you will find the railway station, line Barcelona - Port-Bou Beaches: You can swim on the beach of the port or in the many coves of Llançà: Farella, Tonyines, Cap Ras, etc. all accessible on foot from the apartment. By car, or on foot, we can also approach the neighboring villages such as Port de la Selva or Colera, at a distance of less than 10 kilometers. Surroundings: The surroundings of Llançà are very interesting, both going north and south. We can follow the coast walking along the Camí de Ronda and access magnificent coves or, by car, visit the neighboring villages of Selva de Mar, Port de la Selva (south), with the Romanesque Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes IX - X), or Colera and Portbou (to the north). The Alt Empordà region, to which Llançà belongs, has its capital in Figueres (22 km) where the Dalí Museum is located. At a similar distance are Cadaqués and Port Lligat, where you can visit the house of Dalí and Gala. In the field of historical memory, it is worth visiting the Memorial Museum of the Exile of La Jonquera, 35 minutes by car, or the Walter Benjamin Memorial in the neighboring municipality of Port-Bou. And we cannot close the chapter on recommendations without mentioning some nearby towns in the south of France, of unquestionable interest, such as Banyuls sur Mer or Collioure. Nature: The Empordà is a region rich in natural spaces. Llançà is located at the northern end of Cap de Creus, much of which is declared a Natural Park and we especially recommend the view of the Paratge de Tudela, a space inspired by Salvador Dalí with its shapes sculpted by the north wind, which in this land we call Tramuntana. At the Cap de Creus Lighthouse there is a bar where you can eat or have a drink contemplating the landscape. Much closer, and with a much smaller dimension, but no less interesting, we find the Cap Ras: small land outcrop, in the same term of Llançà, which includes among its points of interest the nudist beaches of Borró or Azucenas . A little further south, in the district of Castelló d'Empúries, you must visit the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park. Another interesting nature area, in this case to the north, is the Turtle Breeding Center of La Albera, in the municipality of Garriguella. Wine tourism and gastronomy: If you are interested in wine culture, you should know that Llançà is located in the heart of the DO Empordà, most of whose wineries offer visits and tastings. Very close to Llançà we have wineries in Vilajuïga and in Garriguella where you can taste the wines of the region or participate in the activities they organize. In terms of gastronomy, Llançà is an unbeatable place to try freshly caught fish in the same port or in the surrounding area, with all kinds of proposals, from the cheapest to a restaurant with two Michelin stars (100 m. from the apartment)
