We are across the train tracks and away from the bustle of town, yet centrally located near downtown SLO, with beautiful beaches and hiking easily accessible.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Classic California style... We walk ten minutes to downtown SLO for shopping, dinner, music, pubs, and the Mission. The weather is always perfect--cool foggy nights and bright sunny days. The Amtrak train station is just five minutes by foot -- and can take you all the way down to LA or up to SF. There are beautiful views from our patios, walking and cycle trails minutes away, tennis courts, disc golf course, and amazing kids' park just down the road, excellent California hiking trails just up the hill, and major coastal trails, beaches, and wildlife sites within a 10-minute drive.
