This is a fantastic house very close to downtown Winter Park yet feels totally secluded because it’s on a wooded one acre lot. We have never rented it but are interested in doing home exchange for select locations. It is also on the bus route if you prefer not to drive to the resort. It also has hot tub ready to go! Truly a mountain feel! Great in winter and summer. National forest access is just down the street to lots of hiking and mountain bike trails. It actually sleeps quite a few but we are not interested in renting to large groups.
