LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION.......Nestled in the middle of upmarket Seminyak Bali, Villa Ibu is ideally positioned close to the shopping, dining precinct and only a 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk to the beach. Featuring 2 large king bedrooms with private en-suites, air conditioned plus ceiling fans. A daybed in each room welcomes an afternoon read or nap, or a bed for a child. The main pavilion can be fully enclosed with large sliding glass doors, glass louvres and fly screens. It has 2 air conditioners and 3 ceiling fans. This area features the kitchen, dining, lounge/entertaining area as well as a sunroom with double daybed, which can be used as additional bedding. The pavilion opens onto the garden, outside dining area and large 10mx4m pool.
We have an additional stand alone bathroom, 3 bathrooms in all, which services the living pavilion and pool. Our manager/housekeeper Yanti can arrange transfers, tours and offer her local knowledge. She works 6 days a week & speaks good English. If you prefer privacy, she will clean and leave.
We will provide a starter pack on arrival which will get you thru breakfast for a day or so. Yanti can assist with breakfast, shop for you (@ your own cost) or even offer a sensational Balinese massage, facial or beauty treatment (@ additional cost average $15 aus).
The villa has WiFi and over 40 international tv Chanel’s, as well as DVD player with dvds.

Our villa is a beautiful quiet sanctuary just minutes away from the convenience of lively Seminyak Road, which will cater to all your holiday needs. Shopping, dining..this area has it all. Bintang supermarket is a 2 minute walk and will provide all your catering needs.
We love our villa as it’s our peaceful place in the middle of a wonderful tourist area.

We will provide a “local knowledge” sheet outlining best restaurants, shopping, site seeing etc.
we can arrange for a pool fence to be erected for young children at your own expense, approx $150aus.
Our bali villa is unique as we have a housekeeper, so no need for a dishwasher, or washing machine as Yanti will organise these things for you. Villa laundry, sheets, towels etc are free of charge, but your personal laundry can be arranged by yanti for just a few dollars. We have a baby cot, high chair & baby bath.
Both the beds in the bedroom are huge king size beds.
