What you will love about this home

The "Guesthouse" is a tastefully appointed upstairs deluxe one bedroom suite, with magnificent views of the rice paddies. It is fully air conditioned. The bedroom sleeps up to 3 persons with a King Size bed (200cm X 180cm) kalumbu (mosquito net), and a "trundle" bed for a third person if required (suitable only for a child). A separate dressing room adjoins a stunning terrazzo "outdoor" en-suite bathroom. Colourful Balinese style furnishings and art work, combined with comfortable sitting/reading chairs, blend the décor. The "Guesthouse" suite is separate to the owner's main residence. You will have use of the shared semi-private "infinity" swimming pool, garden and the downstairs living/sitting room area and kitchen of the charming "Taman Toya Villa" main villa residence.

The "Guesthouse" is situated in the upscale area of Seminyak known as ‘Oberoi’. This places you within easy walking distance to Seminyak’s best Restaurant, Club and Shopping precinct. It is a very easy & safe five-minute walk to the sands of Seminyak/ Legian Surf Beach (500 meters).Also situated at the rear of the famous Oberoi Hotel and Ku Da Ta restaurant. The position of the "Guesthouse" is superb as it is set on the edge of the rice paddies and Seminyak Creek. It is a very peaceful and tranquil location, yet only walking distance to a great selection of restaurants, spas, clubs and bars.

Optional Extra: Just to let you know that there is a resident staff of 6 working to cover daily housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance. What I have to offer is usually available on Airbnb/Booking.com/Expedia, and Agoda etc. and the staff are paid a monthly "gratuity" of 7.5% on all sales (like a Service Charge). After discussion with HomeExchange I have been informed that to cover this gratuity, (and other homes on "HomeExchange" similarly operating a commercial enterprise, are also requesting), I should add an additional charge of US$15/ day for the” Guesthouse”. This would be payable at the conclusion of your holiday exchange. Of course, the "Guesthouse" will be serviced daily by my staff, the same as if it was in commercial mode. (Changing of Bed Linen and Towels is the responsibility of the guest and is subject to a laundry fee when required). Please advise on request for a reciprocal or non-reciprocal exchange if you are in agreement or not to this charge. Bali boasts as having the largest selection of restaurants of any resort in the world. The Seminyak area has restaurants ranging from small Warung restaurants with local Indonesian food to the larger more up scale 6 star restaurants (French, Italian Mexican etc). There are over 20 Japanese Restaurants in the Kuta/Legian/Seminyak area.
