This is a private 2 story Three Bedroom Villa. The large stunning cathedral ceiling timbered Bedrooms are fully air conditioned (sleeps 2 persons/room), with king size beds, and Kalumbus (mosquito net).The master bedroom has 2 extra single beds. The stunning terrazzo "outdoor" en-suite bathrooms adjoin separate dressing rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with water jugs and safety deposit boxes. There is a fully stocked Mini Bar in the living area. The ground floor consists of a magnificently presented "open plan" sitting room area opening on to a private infinity pool and lush tropical garden. There is a separate fully equipped, Euro style kitchen. The living area also has a separate guest shower and toilet. Free WIFI, cable TV, DVD, and sound system are also provided. Colorful Balinese style furnishings with comfortable sitting/reading sofas and chairs, dining table, and fine art, blend the cozy and relaxing décor.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Situated in Seminyak ( the heart of Bali) - approximately 300 meters from Legian Surf Beach, and at rear of famous Oberoi Hotel and Ku Da Ta restaurant. The position is superb. Set on the edge of the rice paddies and Seminyak Creek, it is a very peaceful and tranquil location, yet only walking distance to a great selection of restaurants, spas, clubs and bars. For the guests who require to be alone, this is a totally Private Villa, with Swimming Pool and Garden area. Please note: As the property has several water features including a swimming pool, and a mote surrounding the living room, parental supervision for young children may be required, and should be considered. We also have a driver who is available to you at short notice for tours/local trips/shopping etc.

Optional Extra: Just to let you know that there is a resident staff of 6 working to cover daily housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance. What I have to offer is usually available on many accommodation Websites, and the staff are paid a monthly "gratuity" of 7.5% on all sales (like a Service Charge). After discussion with HomeExchange I have been informed that to cover this gratuity, (and other homes on "HomeExchange" similarly operating a commercial enterprise, are also requesting), I should add an additional charge of US$25/ day for the” Villa”. This would be payable at the conclusion of your holiday exchange. Of course, the "Villa" will be serviced daily by my staff, the same as if it was in commercial mode. (Changing of Bed Linen and Towels is the responsibility of the guest and is subject to a laundry fee when required).
