What you will love about this home

We live in a family friendly neighborhood on just over 1 acre of property. It is in the heart of the Central Coast wine region, yet less than ten minutes to downtown with its restaurants and world-famous Farmers Market. Pismo Beach for surfing and seafood is ten minutes south of us. Morro Bay for paddleboarding and kayaking is about 20 minutes north. Our house has five spacious bedrooms (one set up as a craft room/office but has a twin bed as well) and three bathrooms. The master has an ensuite including a jacuzzi bathtub. We have a large family room as well as a separate living room, each with a fireplace. A gourmet kitchen features a Viking gas range, double ovens, prep sink, dishwasher and there's a bonus refrigerator in the full-service laundry room. The outdoor spaces are what make our home unique. Surrounded by palms, our pool has a built-in jacuzzi and a child-proof automatic cover. Poolside you will enjoy a lovely patio area with an outdoor sofa and dining table covered by a pergola to make take full advantage of the California climate. An outdoor wood burning fireplace keeps the chill off the evening air. In summer you can feast on the fruit that our land produces: figs, apples, nectarines, grapes, plums, blackberries and more. From the scores of roses to the wisteria arbor, year-round you will find the yard bursting with flowers. You can come to take advantage of all the Central Coast has to offer: beaches, wineries, dining, gateway to Big Sur, or just spend time swimming in the pool and relaxing in one of the many outdoor oases right at home.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our neighborhood is a subdivision of one-acre parcels with large, California ranch style homes. Families are out and about in the streets, walking dogs and chatting with neighbors. There is an equestrian path snaking through the neighborhood so you will see horses trotting by on occasion. The paths make for great walks, on one side are the rear yards of houses, on the other miles of vineyards and views of the rolling foothills and taller mountains in the background.
