What you will love about this home

While in our home, you will feel like you are at home. Our home is a blend of modern and rustic. My wife and I both grew up in a rural areas (Missouri and Ohio) and have found a place that makes us feel like we have that privacy we grew up with, but with the location benefits of being centrally located in STL. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Nestled in the Sunset Hills community, our home is less than 5 minutes from the 44/270 interstate interchange. This give us immediate and quick access to everything in STL. We are 10 minutes from Kirkwood, home of the Magic House, and 15 minutes to downtown St. Louis and all it has to offer. The Arch is reopening this summer after a long closure to restore and renovate the grounds, attending a Cardinals game is a must while in St. Louis and I could go on and on about all the amazing family friendly things to do.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Sunset Hills is a beautiful, small community located in Central West St. Louis County. The area has lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment. It also has lots of old trees and private neighborhoods, giving the area more of a rural, small town feeling.

We are within 15 minutes to everything, The Arch, Cardinals, Botanical Gardens, Magic House, Zoo, Grants Farm, Six Flags, Shopping, Restaurants We have an amazing outdoor space, with deck, BBQ Grill, backyard play area for kids with trampoline, playhouse, climbing ropes, and more. We have an acre of land, on a dead end street, in a unique area that feels like you are in the country but is close to everything.
