What you will love about this home

Our home is in the heart of one of Adelaide's most attractive suburbs. It was the home of Adelaide’s wealthy 19th Century families and most of the tree-lined streets and gracious homes have kept their original charm. Our tastefully restored two-story house is within 200 paces of O’Connell Street, buses to the city, a beautiful 19th Century hotel, a gym, coffee shops, a supermarket and many shops and restaurants. You can walk to the centre of Adelaide in 25 minutes. On the ground floor, we have a large light-filled lounge opening to a large dining room. Past the modern downstairs bathroom is a very bright kitchen and living room that looks out onto the the back garden. Upstairs is our large, bright master bedroom, a large modern bathroom with spa bath, an attractive guest room with a double bed, a large study with a single bed, and a small office.

North Adelaide, like Adelaide, is surrounded by green parklands within five minutes walk. Our home is within walking distance of the University of Adelaide, the University of South Australia, the Art Galery of South Australia, the Festival Theatre, the Museum of South Australia, the Adelaide Oval, the Adelaide Aquatic Centre, the Adelaide Railway Station, and the central shopping and business district. The key features of North Adelaide are its lovely tree-lined streets and gracious houses and public buildings. It has a real sense of community with library, community centre, swimming centre, Good-Life gym, nearby Women and Chidren's Hospital, many restaurants, 19th Centuy hotels, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants.
