What you will love about this home

We renovated hour home in 2016. A bit proudly, because it was all new for us and we did us much as we could by ourselves. It still became wonderful and we really feel comfortable. See the pictures and decide by yourself... The house is perfect for kids too, because we have a garden. Its near to the Baltic Sea with a lovely beach which is one of the best worldwide (perfect color of the sand, wide beach, no deep water, however a bit could water temperature...), we have a riding stall close to us and wonderful paths along the coast. You'll have to know, that we have a holiday home/apartment in the basement, which will be rented while you'll stay here. However it is a separarted entrance.

What you will love about this neighborhood

You'll first will love the beach. It's one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. It's because of the bright white/yellow sand which is very fine in its structure. And because in Warnemünde it's so wide you need 2 minutes to walk down to the water. Well, almost :-) In our little village close by you can find a lot of nature, a riding stable and a golf course. It's more laid back than Warnemünde which gets pretty busy especially during the hot season months. Warnemünde is a well known fisher town in Germany with cute little streets and houses, a lot of restaurant or stores with amazing tasting icecream, If you like cruise ships you'll love the close look at one ship after another coming to and going off of Warnemünde. You'll need about 25 minutes to go to the closest city called Rostock. The city is famous for it's festival named Hanse Sail. Then there are lots of ships and a funfair. Of course Rostock is a visit worth at other times as well. You'll find a lot of Baltic Sea Style Houses and a nive little shopping street. To go to Berlin oder Hamburg it just takes you 2 and a half and 2 hours. So a daytrip is doable. If it should be abroad you could take the ferry to Denmark. You could go ther for a daytrip as well. However here are other closer towns and sights of course: Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, Stralsund, Schwerin...

We love it, because we put a lot of afford in the renovation. Now we have a huge and bright livingroom, conversartory and a beautiful garden. We also love that the house has a thatched roof. Going by bike it's only 10 minutes to the nicest beach area. And a little further you reach the fisherman town with the cute little streets and houses. There is always something going on... We have a garden where you can have BBQ, relax the sun (especially if you like it less windy) and a huge conservarty. You'll be close to nature and still be able to reach the city Rostock in 25 minutes by car.
