What you will love about this home

Close to city centre. Ideal place to explore Budapest, quiet haven in the evening. Margaret Island, Heroes' Square, museums, thermal baths, zoo, ruin pubs, restaurants, big shopping centre and fruit and vegetable market all within walking distance. Loft beds with 160 cm comfortable mattresses. (All together 7 places to sleep, but I think the flat is most comfortable for 4 people) Airconditioning + fully equipped kitchen, dining hall. (2 fridges with freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, NESPRESSO coffee machine) I provide towels and bedlinen +soap / showergel / shampoo so no liquid problems at the airport. :) Simultaneous or non simultaneous is ok. PRIVATE ROOM FOR HALF THE GUESTPOINTS - IDEAL FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS The flat is also rented on AirBNB, so sometimes I cannot accept your request. CLEANING FEE: If you cannot / would not like to clean the apartment to rentable standards please leave 40 euros for the cleaning fee. (A cleaning lady will then take care of the proper, COVID appropriate cleaning of the apartement before the next guests.) Vicino al centro città. Luogo ideale per esplorare Budapest, rifugio tranquillo la sera. L'Isola Margherita, Piazza degli Eroi, i musei, le terme, lo zoo, i pub in rovina, i ristoranti, un grande centro commerciale e un mercato grande sono raggiungibili a piedi. Letti a soppalco con comodi materassi da 160 cm. (In tutto sette posti letto, ma credo che l'appartamento sia più comodo per 4 persone). Aria condizionata. Cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo. (2 frigoriferi con congelatore, forno elettrico con piano cottura a gas, microonde, lavastoviglie, bollitore elettrico, tostapane, macchina per i panini, macchina per il caffè NESPRESSO). Fornisco asciugamani e biancheria da letto + sapone / gel doccia / shampoo quindi nessun problema di liquidi in aeroporto :) CAMERA PRIVATA PER METÀ PUNTI - IDEALE PER VIAGGIATORI SOLI Fumare solo all'esterno. Non c'è ascensore. L'appartamento è anche affittato su AirBNB, quindi a volte non posso accettare la vostra richiesta. PULIZIA FINALE: Se non potete/volete pulire l'appartamento in modo da renderlo affittabile, lasciate 40 euro per il costo delle pulizie. (Una donna delle pulizie si occuperà poi di pulire l'appartamento in modo adeguato e COVID prima dei prossimi ospiti).

Close to everything, well connected by public transport, easy to reach all sights. 7 MINUTES WALK TO NEAREST METRO STATION, LEHEL TÉR. Comfortable, well equipped home. :) Il trasporto pubblico è affidabile ed economico a Budapest, ma la posizione rende facile raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turistiche.

Close to WestEnd City Centre shopping mall, Heroes' Square, Városliget park, lake and zoo, Széchenyi Thermal Baths. Smoking allowed outside. No elevator. (A cleaning lady will then take care of the proper, COVID appropriate cleaning of the apartement before the next guests.) Fumare solo all'esterno. Non c'è ascensore. Qualche volta non posso soddisfare tutte le richieste, dato che a volte affittiamo l'appartamento su AirBNB, ma cerchiamo di essere il più flessibili possibile. PULIZIA FINALE: Una donna delle pulizie si occuperà della pulizia dell'appartamento, del lavaggio della biancheria da letto e degli asciugamani alla fine del soggiorno per 40 euro.
