What you will love about this home

NEWLY RENOVATED WITH GRANITE COUNTERS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER, BLACK OUT SHADES IN BEDROOMS, AND MORE! Everyone who visits here feels at home. The 2.5-story condo is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, as we want our guests to have all they need. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and most rooms face east so they're sun drenched throughout the day. Perfect for those who love to watch the sunrise with blackout panels for those who'd rather rise a little (or a lot) later. Great view of chair 10 (the double diamond chair) of the Mountain. The kitchen and living room make for easy socializing with extra seating and ottomans so everyone can put their feet up. We love to cook and bake so everything you need to whip up meals is at your fingertips while staying in the mix with friends and family. The balconies overlooking the pool make it easy to hit the hot tub without being surprised by a crowd or to call down to offer help to those who might be using one of the two gas grills poolside. The option of the upstairs seating area with its own fireplace and TV make it ideal for families sharing the space. Once here it's easy and ideal to park the car and walk or ride the bus to your destination. The center of Vail is a pedestrian zone. It is a 300 meter walk to the gondola and chair 8. With nearly 5,300 skiable acres of terrain (accessed by chair lifts), Vail is the largest mountain in Colorado and one of the largest in North America. Should you choose to take a shuttle from the airport, City Market will deliver your groceries to ensure you're fully stocked when you arrive. What you will love about this neighborhood

Vail is considered one of the finest mountain resorts in North America. Vail International is one of Vail’s most popular condominium hotels. Our condominium complex is quiet enough to provide for needed rest and relaxation, while at the same time perfectly located such that wonderful activities for people of all ages are steps away. It has one of the larger pool areas in Vail Village and Lionshead. It is centrally located between charming Lionshead Village and Vail Village. One block away are the beautiful walking and biking paths along Gore Creek, which comes from high in the spectacular peaks of Gore Range visible to the east of us and winds along the base of Vail Mountain. Our condominium is a 300 meter walk to the gondola and chair 8 which are in the west part of the Vail called Lionshead with its many great restaurants and shops. With a ride up the Lionshead gondola you can go from the condo to the top of Vail Mt. within 30 minutes. With nearly 5,300 ski-able acres of terrain (accessed by chair lifts), Vail is the largest mountain in Colorado and one of the largest in North America. Wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, events, festivals and an exciting nightlife scene are two blocks away at the base of Vail Mountain in Lionshead or five blocks away to Vail Village Vail is an international resort and a memorable place to visit any time of year. It is far more than a great ski resort. Summer weather is ideal with cool nights and days in the mid 70's with virtually no humidity. There is great whitewater rafting in the area with great trips to back country lakes like the Missouri Lakes Trail or horse back riding at Piney Lake. The annual Bravo Music Festival Featuring Major Orchestra's from the world perform in the beautiful outdoor Pavilion at Ford Park (see here http://www.vail.com/summer/events/bravo-music-festival.aspx). The annual summer dance festival with dance troupes from around the world also perform in the Pavilion at Ford Park. September has the food and wine festival (Gourmet Gore: see here https://www.gourmetongore.com/) and Taste of Vail, which is rated as one of the nation's best food and wine festivals by Forbes.com, USA Today, and the Travel Channel (see here https://www.tasteofvail.com/). The third and fourth week of September is the start of fall foliage season, which continues through mid-October, known as "Colorful Colorado" as the Aspen trees turn a bright golden color. The center of Vail and Lionshead are pedestrian zones, free of cars, which makes it a great place for long relaxing walks. Wonderful golf, excellent tennis courts, Betty Ford Alpine Park, Gerald Ford Amphitheatre (my personal favorite) with gorgeous views of Gore Range are a fifteen minute walk away or can be reached in under ten minutes by Vail’s excellent free bus service, which uses minimally-polluting hybrid buses. Our favorite restaurants : La Tour, Up the Creek, Ludwig's Cafés & bars: Pepi's Piano Bar in Sonnenalp, Tavern on the Square Special places to shop: Gorsuch, The Golden Bear, Vail Farmer's Market - Sundays in the Summer Leisure and cultural activities: Gerald R. Ford Amphitheatre at the base of Vail Mountain, Bravo Classical Music Festival, Vail International Dance Festival Walks or jogging paths: Path along Gore Creek, Top of the Gondola Views - Adventure Ridge, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens
