Our home is a modern home with huge windows and natural light coming in from everywhere. It was designed with every window placed for a framed picture view by the architect. There is a large sports field in the front yard that has 20 tons of boulders surrounding it. The House is really a private getaway that our Architect named "Haven Rock" because of it's beautiful large Rock formation that jet out of the earth on both sides of the Home. The living room has sliding glass doors that fold to create a 15' opening looking to pikes peak national forest and Perry park golf course. When you are ready to watch a movie the media room has electric reclining media sofas with lighted cup holders. It also has an amazing sound system with a 110" screen. The game room has ping-pong table and work out equipment.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Our house is nestled between to large rock formations up on a moutain ridge. It looks down on a beautiful golf course with pikes peak national forest in the background., Very quiet neighborhood with 1 acre lots. There is walking trails, water fall, and a small lake and playground at the bottom of the street. Town is just 10 min away with restaurants and a park. Great shopping just 20 min away with one of the largest outdoor outlet malls in the country. This is a place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet.
