What you will love about this home

Our spacious secondary home is located very close to the city center with great public transportation connections and within walking distance to almost all main touristic sights, yet in a quiet residential area full of little shops, cafés and restaurants. Our flat is 82 m2, and consists of three large rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a kitchen with a dining area. It has two lovely balconies, one overlooking a hidden garden among the houses and the other towards a nice big park. It is situated on the fourth floor with a lift. We have two double beds and foldable sofa bed for two more people in the second bathroom. We can arrange for a baby cot and other baby gear as well. We provide all commodities you would need for a great vacation: VERY comfortable double beds, wifi, air condition, International tv channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area: fridge, microwave oven, induction cooker, oven, water kettle, toaster and a Lavazza espresso machine at your disposal.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in the heart of the most popular park of the Pest side: Szent István park. Our neighborhood, called "Újlipótváros" is Budapest's only district with a definite Art Deco touch, built in the late 1930's. It is a green and quiet residential area with many little shops, nice restaurants and cute cafes within close reach, and with lots of public transport facilities - and yet really close to many of the major sights. It is equally easy to shop: one of the biggest shopping centers is at the end of the street around the corner, and we also have a wide range for shopping groceries, from a local market up to several supermarkets.

Very close to the city center but far from the noise or the crowds. In the main street of the area full of cafés, restaurants and little shops! With not only one but two balconies overlooking the green!
