We have a lovely sunny typical Tuscan house on 3 levels with a delightful mature in the shade of palm trees. The pizza oven is available, you will eventually want to do you own your own pizza. In the basement, the "Tavern" is a nice big piece of summer freshness and winter with its warm and intimate side with a large fireplace. Nous avons une charmante maison ensoleillée typique de la Toscane sur 3 niveaux avec un jardin arboré agréable à l'ombre des palmiers. Le four à Pizza qui est à votre disposition, vous donnera peut-être envie de faire vous mêmes vos propres pizza. En sous-sol, la "Taverne" est une grande pièce agréable en été par sa fraîcheur et en hiver par son côté chaleureux et intime avec sa grande cheminée décorative.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Notre maison est à proximité de tous commerces et restaurants à l'immédiat. Il est agréable de se promener dans le grand parc de Viareggio à pied ou en louant des vélos pour petits et grands sans oublier de faire une pause de bonnes glaces italiennes. Aussi, les enfants peuvent s'amuser et se dépenser au parc "Pitagora" de Lido di Camaiore avec des jeux en plein air. A ne pas rater, une grande ballade au bord des plages avec leurs commerces, leurs restaurants et leurs marchés, toujours au choix entre le vélo avec sa piste cyclable ou à pied pour profiter pleinement du paysage.
