What you will love about this home
Our spacious, three bedroom condo is located at Pitkin Creek, East Vail's best located and best kept complex. We are only a 3 minute walk from the last stop in the morning and the first stop in the evening on the FREE bus route into the Vail Village and Skiing so there's no waiting, no need for parking and a very short (8 minute) bus ride. Pitkin has a well stocked general store on the property as well as a liquor store. In short, there is no better location in East Vail than Pitkin Creek.
Our non-smoking condo has 3 bedroom - two on the main floor and one smaller room upstairs in the open and sunny loft area. The master has a king bed and attached bath with a shower. The second room has a queen bed. Both bathrooms were remodeled November 2018 and have radiant heat. The third bedroom is upstairs and is the smallest room with queen bed. The living room has a large sectional. The family room and upstairs loft area both have flat screen TV's. The family room is a Smart TV and also has Net Flix, Hulu, etc. and the upstairs TV also has XBox. The living/dining area have vaulted ceilings which give the condo an open feel.
The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and a large island with seating for six. The kitchen is open to living area easy conversation and was remodeled about a year ago. You'll be equipped with all the cooking utensils needed, along with a coffee maker, toaster and crock-pot for easy meals. Or, grill up some steaks on the gas BBQ grill on the deck.
It's an excellent location, just steps to the pool/hot tub, parking and grocery/liquor store and close to the bus stop. Our condo is quiet, located on the top floor with our own entrance so you'll never be wakened by the sound of those walking above you. The elevation also gives you wonderful views of the mountains, cliff bands, and Aspen trees.
Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, golf, tennis, hiking, biking and fly fishing are all close by. The nearby bike path runs along Gore Creek into Vail Village or head the other way all the way up Vail pass.
The Vail Racquet Club is about a mile away and features a year-around heated pool and tennis in the summer and also has a full gym and on-site restaurant.
