What you will love about this home

Freshly renovated 100 sqm size, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, wardrobe, lot of space in built-in cabinets east and west facing, superlight and really sunny, quiet, high celling luxury apartment on the topfloor in a more than a 100 year well maintained building. A parking spot at internal courtyard belongs the the apartment. Internal courtyard anyway is pretty nice with beatiful, huge trees. As you can see on the pics although renovation is already done but there is a lack of couple of furnitures, lamps, carpets and accessories. They has been already ordered and by the time you will come everything will be here.

What you will love about this neighborhood

My apartment is located in the heart of Budapest, in district 8 called "Castle district". Max. 15 minutes far by walk all major sights, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. By public transport or bike it takes just for 7-8 minutes. Super public transport access: stops of 3 different metro lines, plenty bus and streetcar's lines including night-ones just 5 minutes by walk, public bike-sharing system's docking station only 800 meteres from the apartment.
