What you will love about this home

La nostra e' una casa di circa 140 m su due piani piu' mansarda, ariosa e spaziosa. Al piano terra si trovano:un grande salone con camino, una cucina abitabile attrezzata e un bagno con doccia . Al primo piano: una camera matrimoniale, con terrazza che si affaccia sul giardino, una camera singola ed un bagno con vasca . Al secondo piano si trova un'ampia mansarda open space ( non a disposizione degli ospiti). Il giardino non è grandissimo ma carino e funzionale, con tavolino e sedie da esterno per poter mangiare anche fuori. La nostra casa e' in una posizione ottimale per tutto, sia per raggiungere il mare, che e' a soli dieci minuti di distanza ed e' raggiungibile comodamente in auto, a piedi, in bicicletta o col bus ( la fermata si trova proprio davanti al nostro cancello) che per andare in centro a Marina di Massa, con la sua bella passeggiata, i tanti negozi e locali, i supermercati ( a 300 metri c'è il piu' grande centro commerciale della zona, che in estate è aperto 24 h su 24). La nostra casa e' vicinissima all'imbocco dell'autostrada,e puo' essere un comodo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni ( il mare , le Alpi Apuane, le cave di Carrara, le Cinque Terre e Portovenere) e per raggiungere facilmente tutte le altre belle ed importanti citta' della Toscana ( Firenze , che dista solo 150 km, Pisa, Lucca, Siena e Volterra, le colline del Chianti). La casa e' dotata di Tv satellitare (Sky) e connessione WI FI. L'aereoporto di Pisa, su cui volano anche molti voli Ryan Air low cost, e' a soli 20 minuti di auto ( o 30/40 circa di treno) da casa nostra. Comodissimo.

Our house is located 1,3 km away from the beaches and the sea, on the lively main street of Marina di Massa that connects the city of Massa with Marina di Massa. You coul easily reach the center of Marina di Massa and the beaches on foot, by bicycle ( we have 2 ones available ) or by bus ( the bus- station is right in front of the gate). Our neighbors are all quiet and respectable people, ready to help you f you'd need.
