What you will love about this home

Our house is located in Brossard, south shore of Montreal. We live in a spacious house with large living and dining rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a family room. In the basement we have a home theater with a projector, a bedroom and full bathroom. It can be used as a separate apartment if you are two families. You can expect also internet wifi, washing and drying machine, central air conditioning/heating, backyard and bikes.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Brossard is a dynamic community in the south shore of the Saint Laurence river, 15 min drive from downtown Montreal with good public transportation options. Montreal is an especially funny city all the year, hosting major festivals like the Montreal Jazz Festival, Festival Just for Laughs (Juste pour Rire), Francofolies, F1 Grand Prix, among others and having a great selection of cultural offers, like theaters, musicals, museums, etc. We are at 15-min from two national parks (Mont St. Bruno and Illes de Boucherville) and there are an impressive network of bike paths nearby. The LaRonde amusement park is 10 min away. We are located near a trendy mall called Dix-30 with many stores and restaurant options. US border (NY State) is just 30 minutes and Boston is a 4h drive while NY city is 6h. It is a good location to explore eastern Canada with Toronto/Niagara Falls at about 6h, Ottawa 2h and Quebec City 2.5h.
