Questo appartamento puo' ospitare una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone. Dispone di tre camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina completamente attrezzata,,un luminoso salone e due ampie verande ideali per la colazione del mattino nella bella stagione, per l'aperitivo serale o cena estiva. The ground floor comprises of an integrated Kitchen, dining room and sitting room (50 sq metres) is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could want, to guarantee a wonderfully relaxing stay by the Sicilian seaside. A gas cooker, oven eletric fridge with a small freezer compartment, a full range of crockery and glassware, provides you with everything you require to enjoy a very special stay here by the lonian sea. Whether you choose to cook for yourselves, or go up into the village just up the road, to use the local restaurant facilities - here is everything you need to enjoy your special retreat in the sunshine. In the garden there is a barb q which you can choose, after a day relaxing by the beach and swimming in the clea blue waters of the Mediterranean. The living room opens up through French windows into a completely equipped garden, with chairs and lido style relaxing sun beds to enjoy the sunshine. The Master bedroom has a Captain's bed to provide extra space for a child and on request a cot for a new born can be provided. In all the Villa happly accomodates 7 people plus a baby. The bathroom upstairs, with shower, bidet and w.c. is shared across all bedrooms and connected through an indipendent corridor. Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto, Agrigento, Etna are less than 45 minutes away by car on days when you choose to do some sight - seeing on the history and architecture of Sicily. Or you can simply choose to relax on the golden beach just 50 metres away from you with superbly safe bathing for adults and youngsters alike. For those who wish to explore through snorkelling some rock pools and cliff bathing that choice is also available just a short stroll along the beach beyond the quiet but conveniently stocked Lido. Guided excursions of the local area of natural and protected beauty can be arranged with the owner and a price negotiaded for your stay. If you require picking up and return to Catania airport this also can be arranged through negotiation with the owner and a fixed price of 50 euro is in place for this service for up to 5 people with their hand luggage. If there is more luggage to be accomodated you must let the owner know as the pick-up is arranged. All bedding and towels are supplied for ypur stated requirements and are refreshed weekly for longer stays. The main services of gas, electricity and water are already incorporated in the daily charges as you book and a final nominal cleaning charge is incorporated in your on - line invoice so that you can enjoy your break right up until the final moments of your stay. Selene's home rappresenta armonia ed allegria Excellent location for visiting eastern Sicily Dista 1 minuto dalla spiaggia, a piedi senza dover attraversare strade I have a cleaning fee of euro 50 which pays for your bed linen and the cleaner. We olso are on Homeway so the villas are not available May/ June/July/August/September The large apartment in Priolo is available always.
