What you will love about this home

My flat has unique dispositions, The loft is a part of a newly renovated former industrial building and its triplex. On the 4th floor with a lift. top floor: Open terrace. Bedroom - queen bed with the highest quality medical mattress. TV. Electrical shades. Walk-in closet. Big bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating. middle floor: Terrace with glass shades, multifunctional sofa which can be transformed to table and up to 6 barstools. Livingroom - big modular double sofabed with medical mattress. Cable smart TV, DVD, speaker. Second bathroom - toilet, sink, washing machine. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, single sofabed with futon mattress. bottom floor: Hallway. Closet. I love cooking so in the kitchen you’ll find almost any equipment you can imagine. Its been since Christmas 2012 I have moved to this apartment which I love a lot. I used to live in the most most central area right on the Old Town Square and now I wouldn't change! Its just few minutes to parks, absolutely charming and great cafes, wine and food places (I will give you all my tips) but to the historical area of the city it takes just few minutes. There is a beautiful private garden just for residents of our house. If you would like to come by car, no problem. Usually its really difficult even impossible to find parking spot in the center of Prague, almost all parts of central Prague already have "blue zones" where only residents are allowed to park with special residential license linked to their plate. Our house has two floors of underground parking where I have my own parking space. So you can have your car safely parked during your stay. Entrance to the garage is not just some barrier but big massive doors so nobody can walk inside. In the building there are 24/7 CCTV. Prague is however very safe city…

What you will love about this neighborhood

They say Karlin is one of the fastest developing area of Prague. The flood devastated this neighborhood in 2002. Therefore, there are almost all houses renovated or built new. Most of the new construction was awarded in architectural competitions. And just this - the blend of the new with the old - makes Karlin very extraordinary district. There are many great and renowned places. What I love in this area is beautiful unique Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius on Karlin square and farmers markets that take place here every Saturday and you can find there everything local, fresh and usually organic. There are of course supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, post office etc. all within 500 m. Karlin is the hippest area of the town. People who live here are friendly and easygoing, often artists or having creative jobs. Its 1km (15 - 20 min walking, 4 min by car, 7 min by public transport or 5 min biking) to the city center. Metro stop is 400 m far from house and its few stops to any historical monuments, it depends what do you want to see (every stop in Prague metro takes 2 minutes). Even to Prague Castle its just 5 stops. The tram station is 400 m far from the house as well if you dont want to travel underground.

I love my neighborhood. Parks, cafes, farmers market... Its very close to the busy touristic centre but away from the rush. Two terraces where sun shines almost all day.
