What you will love about this home
Our townhouse is relatively new and in great shape. It has one bathroom downstairs, along with a kitchen, family room and dinning area. There is also a one car garage. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. Upstairs, the rooms are carpeted and down stairs the floor is a wood style finish. There is a sliding glass door, both up and down stairs that lead to two porches, with a grand view of Emigrant Peak, the tallest peak in Paradise Valley.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Our townhouse is located just 30 miles from the North entrance to Yellowstone National Park, in beautiful Paradise Valley. It is the park's oldest entrance, taking you through the town of Gardner. Six miles past the North entrance, is the boiling river. Here, visitors can dip in the Garner River, where it blends perfectly with several thermal features, creating an outdoor hot tubbing adventure. I few miles more and you arrive at Mammoth Hot Springs, with incredible vistas and roaming Elk and Bison. Your Yellowstone adventure is about to begin!
Paradise Valley is surrounded by the Bear Tooth and Absaroka Mountain ranges and thousands of acres of National Forest land. There are hundreds of miles of hiking trails and peaks to summit. The Yellowstone River also flows directly through Paradise Valley, creating a fly fisherman's paradise, where you can spend countless hours pursuing Cutthroat Trout, a species found no where else in the world. There are dozens of outfitters waiting to guide you down the river.
The town of Livingston is just 24 miles north of our townhouse and is a true cowboy town. Here you can find a variety of unique stores and restaurants, that will keep you busy all day long. If a slightly larger venue is your idea of a good time, the college town of Bozeman is just 45 minutes away and offers everything larger metropolitan areas are noted for, from museums and restaurants, to some of the best art gallery shopping anywhere.
Just 16 miles north of Bozeman is Bridger Bowl Ski Area, which offers some of the best skiing terrain anywhere. Cross-country skiing is also available just a quarter mile further up the road at Bohart Ranch. Bohart offers miles of some of the best groomed trails you will find. If back country skiing sounds more intriguing, many of the same hiking trails used during the summer, can be accessed for some excellent cross-country skiing, all within minutes of our town house. Summer or winter, it does not matter, there is no end to the great outdoor adventures available and all within minutes from our door step,
