What you will love about this home

Custom designed house, airy and artsy. Guespoints welcomed. SORRY NO CHILDREN and NO PETS. Fifteen minute walk to the heart of historic and hip St. Augustine's many galleries and restaurants. Five minute walk to outdoor lovely public pool and park. Close walk to many great restaurants featuring Southern food in historic buildings (a Distillery, a grand old mansion, and a breakfast/lunch cafe a block away). Private parking and lovely decks upstairs and down. Fifteen minute drive to excellent beaches. I enjoy my historic and diverse neighborhood called “Lincolnville” and continue to discover layers of culture, art and history in St. Augustine—oldest settled city in the U.S. In the summer the beaches are fantastic and the water refreshingly WARM, and in the winter our architectural beauties are all wrapped in small white lights. The stroll along our downtown waterfront, and the pedestrian walking malls of cobblestoned streets will transport you to Europe. We feature three Gilded Age grand hotels in the center of town that now house a college, a wonderful art museum and a first class hotel, bar and restaurant. Enjoy our rich layers of history and culture, galleries and outdoor music venues!

What you will love about this neighborhood

Staying at Jule's house will allow the deep sleep of a country hide away with all of the excitement of visiting a major cultural tourist destination--America's oldest city, St. Augustine. You might hear the clop-clop of horses hoofs as the horse drawn carriages return to their home next our scenic neighborhood park “Dr. Hayling Park”. There is also a community pool that is open all summer and a wonderful year round heated County pool (ask about either if you like to swim). If you drive less than 15 minutes you will reach the beach-Anastasia Island State park. Enjoy the dunes and the amenities for about $4. Or park nearby for free at the end of Pope Rd.
