I have a sunny single story 1950's home in a quiet family neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms in 1500 square feet. The master bedroom has a double bed and master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The next room has two single beds, and another bedroom has a double bed. The breezeway has a couch which converts to a queen bed. The cozy living room has a fireplace and the attached dining area easily seats 8. Outdoors is where you want to be in California and my home has a relaxing covered back patio with dining table and seating area. There is also a barbeque for your enjoyment. My neighbors are friendly and it is a great area for a walk or bike ride. There is a bicycle in the garage for your use. I have a playpen for a baby. In the garage are beach toys /3 boogie boards/umbrellas/ice chests/beach chairs. I have 3 TV's with netflix, amazon prime, and rook players. There is a Bose blue tooth portable speaker. There is a computer and wifi throughout the house. My home is a welcome, quiet respite from a day of sightseeing and travel.

My neighborhood has many restaurants and grocery stores. It is a 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches. It is a 20 minute drive to Disneyland. Other amusement parks such as Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Legoland are not far away. I am very central to many freeways which will bring you to anywhere in Southern California. Los Angeles is a 30 minute drive, San Diego and Palm Springs are approximately 2 hours by car. Orange County is a 10 minute drive. Long Beach is a bicycle friendly city with many smaller neighborhoods, shopping, dining, bars and beaches. There is skiing in the local mountains 2 hours away and many surfing beaches nearby. Long Beach was voted best in the nation for our park system which includes parks, playgrounds, nature centers, golfing, sailing etc. Long Beach is central to almost anywhere you want to go in southern California. The perfect place to use as a base for your adventures!
