What you will love about this home
Cosy and comfortable nice apartment in a very nice compound with two pools. It has 3 bedrooms. One is master bedroom with queen sized bed and a bathroom inclusive. Second bedroom has a bed and working table, and the third one is TV room with a couch which can be a big bed for 2 persons. Living room has also a big TV and kitchen and a balcony inclusive. There is also a second bathroom in the house. The house is very well equipped with all kind of household utensils, also has air-conditioning.
There is a friendly and helpful security and administration of the compound which may help you any time.
Cleaning of the house may be provided upon request since we have a housekeeper.
Metro station is 5 min. drive to the house and you can reach any place in Istanbul with metro.
This is our second house in the same compound. So we can exchange our house simultaneously or non-simultaneously.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Our house is located in the north European side of Istanbul. European side of the city is the business and shopping side. Also the old city is in this side. Bosphorus is only 3 min. drive where you can make pretty walks tasting the very nice view of Bosphorus which have also nice restaurants and cafes. The most popular shopping mall is very close to our house.
Metro station is 5 min. drive to the house and you can reach any place also to the touristic old city part of Istanbul with metro.
You can also walk in the forest park with nice restaurant and cafes.
