Small apartment at the beach with approximately 83 m2, including an excellent balcony with 11 m2 facing an immense lagoon called Ria de Aveiro. Both master bedroom and living room have direct access to the balcony. Natural light is everywhere and you may wake up with a magnificent sunrise when sleeping in the master bedroom. Located on the second floor of a six apartment building, it got no elevator. It is fully equiped with all necessary furniture and household appliances, including air conditioning in the livingroom and in the master bedroom, water heater, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer combi, gas stove, exhaust, oven, toaster, kettle, citric juicer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, fan, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and steam iron, lcd tv, dvd player, radio and cd player, etc. Wi-fi is also available in the apartment. During winter time, you'll certainly appreciate the comfort of the beautiful and effective fireplace. Is located on a unique spot for landscape and close to restaurants with excellent local gastronomy.

Located approximately 50 km to the south of Porto, it is served by convenient connections with main motorways, either through A1 or A29.
