What you will love about this home

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located southeast of Denver. The house backs to a golf course, providing privacy and peaceful living. The warm cheerful main floor has a large family room with big screen TV, fireplace, kitchen with island and granite countertops, dining room, home office, and large master bedroom/bath, and laundry room. Both the kitchen ad master bathroom have been recently remodeled with many custom features. Attached to the main floor is a large deck, half covered with BBQ grill and half uncovered. The lower floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large recreation room. Attached garage; car exchange is available.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in a gated community that is very well maintained and includes an 18 hole golf course with a newly remodeled clubhouse. The community is age restricted to 45 years and above. Neighbors are extremely friendly and many travel the world extensively. Restaurants and shopping are under 10 minutes away.

We are 30 minutes from downtown Denver where there are many museums, theaters, sporting events, and restaurants. The area offers something for everyone in any season. A variety of ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Keystone, etc.) can be reached for a day trip. Other available activities include whitewater rafting, boating, and fishing. The quality of life is unbeatable here. Day trips include Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado Springs (Pikes Peak, Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center), historic mining towns/casinos, Aspen, and Vail. With Denver as your base, you can reach in less than one day destinations such as: Colorado National Monument, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Mesa Verde National Park, Moab, Arches National Park, and the Silverton/Durango railroad. Simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges are possible. Our condo and house are not well suited for small children. We are experienced travelers and have stayed in other people’s homes for over 30 years. We will treat your home like we own it.
