La casa che offro è la mia seconda casa. Si trova nel comune di Budoni e precisamente nella frazione di Agrustos. E' composta da 2 camere da letto e il soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto . La casa è arredata con tutti i confort: tv, lavastoviglie, lavatrice-asciugatrice-caldaia a gas e aria condizionata. Il punto forte di questo appartamento è una terrazza grande coperta, da dove di può ammirare il nostro bellissimo mare. La spiaggia dista 800 mt.

La frazione dove mi trovo è Agrustos, una zona molto tranquilla che vive principalmente del turismo estivo. Le spiagge distano 800 mt, mentre i negozi e i ristoranti più vicino sono a circa 300mt. Agrustos si trova a 3,5 km da san teodoro e 3,5 km da budoni. La città grande più vicina è olbia, dove c'è sia il porto che l'aeroporto. La famosa costa smeralda dista 40 minuti d'auto. Questa zona è ideale per chi vuole fare una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del contatto con una natura straordinaria. Le nuotate in un mare turchese cristallino e le passeggiate lungo km di spiagge, sono veramente ideali per staccare completamente dalla vita quotidiana.
