What you will love about this home

UPDATE: Both fully vaccinated and boosted! Hi! We really love the home exchange experience rather than just another hotel room and we've enjoyed 70+ exchanges! We're fortunate to own a wonderful home in a very nice, friendly, quiet neighborhood south of Denver. 4,000+ Square Feet (390 sq. meters) with 3 Bedrooms / 4 Bathrooms, a home office (and a 4th bedroom is an office), multi-level deck, backyard waterfall (seasonal) and pond, dining room, family room with log fireplace, living room with gas fireplace, and 2nd family room with basic exercise equipment downstairs (treadmill/weights). Our televisions are Smart TVs with Spotify for music. Our spacious & comfy Master Suite upstairs has a King bed (Temperpedic mattress), jetted tub, shower, granite double vanity, plenty of guest closet space for you, and balcony. We are open to simultaneous exchanges, non-simultaneous, or hosting you in our guest room (very private with private bath and full living area with SmartTV and garden access). Guestpoints are also welcome and we treat Guestpoint exchanges with the same warmth and respect as reciprocal exchanges. Kids are welcome, but we don't have kid stuff and our home isn't child-proof for young children. We can accommodate 6 persons and will consider that, but prefer to exchange with smaller parties since it's usually just the two of us in your home. Sometimes we invite a friend/couple/parent/family to join us if the timing aligns. Exchanging cars is possible/usually preferred (we're insured and excellent drivers - even on the left!). Our cars are automatic transmission and depending on where we are, you'll have the Honda Odyssey van - excellent for ski days, golf clubs, and road trips (GPS included) or our fun MINI Cooper Countryman. We also have free, secure, high-speed wi-fi internet, hair dryers, bath robes, picnic coolers, concert lawn chairs, and more. Have fun exploring Colorado! We list our home as Allergy-Free because Sheila has allergies and we're very careful about scents, fragrances, cleaners, esp. bleach and windex products, and smoking. For us, Non-Smoking is very important and means no smoking at all. The house is only available for people who DO NOT smoke. Unfortunately, smokers who smoke outside still bring the allergens inside on their skin, clothes etc. Sorry, but it makes Sheila sick - literally! It's not personal. Allergy-Free: allergies vary widely, so if you have any allergies, please let us know so we can clearly understand those. You'll notice we have two profiles: One is for you to have our whole home to yourself for 230 points per night and the other is for hosting you as a guest in our home (hospitality stay) for 130 guest points per night in your very private guest room with its own bathroom and living area (listing #1756199) and shared kitchen, laundry, etc. with us. Also, we have our home professionally cleaned before and after all exchanges. So, for reciprocal exchanges we prefer that we manage our home's cleaning and our exchange partners arrange for their own home's cleaning. Then no one has to spend their vacation cleaning and trying to get all laundry/linens cleaned on the day of departure. When we are Guestpoint guests, we are happy to pay for this service. When we host Guestpoint exchanges, we request a minimum of 7 nights and a small fee toward cleaning - $125. We'll be away at various times for other travels, so even when we can't arrange a simultaneous exchange we can usually coordinate a non-simultaneous exchange or guest point exchange. What you will love about this neighborhood

Our wonderful neighborhood has friendly neighbors, a private community swimming pool, tennis courts and beautiful mountain views. We are convenient to a variety of activities - Easy access from major highways. Very convenient to excellent shopping and restaurants. It's 30 minutes to Red Rocks amphitheatre, downtown Denver, 16th Street Mall, mountain trails, bike/walk paths, Roxborough State Park, Coors Field (home of the Rockies), Invesco Field (Broncos), Pepsi Center (Nuggets & Avalanche). We are 45 minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN) and just under an hour to Colorado Springs. Ski areas are 90 minutes away. Some guests do day trips to ski or stay a few days in the mountains. Rocky Mountain National Park /Estes Park is less than 2 hours away. White water rafting less than an hour. There are numerous high-quality, inexpensive golf courses nearby, as well as more exclusive courses. A 24-screen movie theatre complex is 5 minutes away.
