What you will love about this neighborhood
This is a very small, picturesque town of about 4,500 residents. The town is filled with beautiful victorian homes. It is built around a small town center, and we are a block and a half from "main street." Walk to all restaurants, shops, a movie theater, banks, post office, police & fire stations. Walk to the marina with a playground for kids, skate park, tennis courts. Take a fishing trip or rent a small boat. Take the ferry into New York City. The homes near town are very close together, and there are many friendly families with children in our neighborhood. There is a great bike path in town that will take you all the way to the end of Sandy Hook National Park and all its beaches.
