Our house is a four bedroom bungalow with a large kitchen/dining room, sittingroom and a playroom/home office. We have a large back garden with a deck and barbeque and a trampoline! We are located five minute walk from the train which will bring you into Dublin city centre in about 35 minutes. In our village there are shops, a pub, cafe and a restaurant. We are in a coastal location, the beach is just a 2 minute walk away and there are lots of lovely places to walk and cycle nearby. Co. Wicklow and all of its beautiful beaches and mountains and countryside are just a 15 minute drive away.We are also on the M50 which makes the rest of the country easily accessible. This is a perfect location for those who want to explore Dublin city and its culture and heritage attractions but also like the outdoor life and want to roam the countryside.

Shankill is a beautiful village by the sea with lots of amenities such as walks, shops, pubs, a park, a playground, and a restaurant. Nearby there are golf courses and tennis courts and a great playground. As we are a 5 minute walk from the DART (train line, everywhere is very easily accessible. Just two minutes from our home is the beach and within a 5-10 minute walk you are in the park with walkways and cycle tracks, pitches and an amazing playground. Shankill is located about 12 miles from Dublin city and close to the seaside towns of Dun Laoghaire (four miles) and Bray (two miles). Killiney hill which is a lovely walk is just 10 minutes away and has beautiful views over the bay. Also nearby are the Wicklow and Dublin mountains and forests with lots of walks and hikes.
