What you will love about this home

Private Tuscan Villa in the country with sea view. Our Villa is perfect for the traveler that wants to be close to everything and not be overwhelmed by it all and enjoy the Tuscan's beauty and the relax of the holidays! In the living room there is a satellite television, DVD player and stereo.In the kitchen area there is an electric oven with a 4-burner stovetop and a dishwasher. Dining area. Fireplace. There are 3 master bedrooms, each with an additional single bed. Two of the these bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. There is one central bathroom with a tub. There is a small spiral staircase leading from the first floor to the basement area.The basement is beautifully decorated and has two single beds, a piano and table football (soccer) game. There are also two master bedrooms in the basement, one of which has a third single bed. A full bathroom connects the two bedrooms. The entire basement is two meters high and has windows in every room. Outside the villa there is a beautiful covered patio with a large stone table and chairs for outside dining. On the patio there is a barbecue and a brick oven. Next to the patio there is a full kitchen with an electric oven with a 4-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. All of this is surrounded by a beautiful yard shaded by lovely trees and flowers. Next to the covered patio is an open patio with a beautiful view of the sea and the hillside. The tennis court is at the other end of the yard and has artificial grass. The parking area is inside the villa. The villa has a private entrance with an electric gate. There is a commercial shopping area 2 kilometers from the villa where food and household items can be purchased. Non-simultaneous exchanges are definitely possible. Available starting from september 2009 to April 2010. Prefer non-smoker, though we don't mind smoking outside

Peaceful little village at 2 kilometers. Country around you. Just green, olive trees and peace!! Relax and culture. Several excellent restaurants in town. Crocery stores and others.There is a commercial shopping area 2 kilometers from the villa where food and household items can be purchased. The beaches of Rosignano are 3 – 4 kilometers from the villa. Other beaches a slightly farther away but still easily accessible. There are horse stables about 2 kilometers away. The town of Castiglioncello is 5 kilometers north of the villa, the city of Livorno is 25 kilometers north, Pisa is about 40 kilometers northeast, and Florence is 80 kilometers northeast.
