We offer half of duplex family house, built in 1870 - formerly apartment house, renovated in 2004. It is 160 sq m large, in the green very quiet part of Prague in a heritage protected area next to the main historic monuments of Prague. 3-floor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room 38 sq m with fireplace attached with the gallery 17 sq m. 2 fully independent apartments in the ground floor. Terrace with the Prague Castle view 10 sq m. 1 in-side parking place. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, MW, electric cooker and oven. 2 kichenettes. Unlimited internet access. Remote wireless alarm system. Washing machine, cable TV. Suitable for 6 up to 8 people (a large family or 3 couples, also with childern) as our house provides 3 independent but communicating units). Not for very small children (inside staircases). Smoking possible only at the terrace/balcony/garden.

Prague Castle area at walking distance 1 km. Very quiet, village-like area, surrounded with parks, near Strahov monastery, in historically protected area. New public summer swimming pool (olympic size) with toboggan less than 1 km, greatest in Prague (4,2 km long) in-line skating track. Historic town center - Charles Bridge 10min by tram or half an hour downhill walking, city commercial center accessible 20 min by trams (2 lines) or 45 mn by a beautiful downhill walk. Good connection to subway. No need of using car within the city. Local shops and restaurants in walking distance. Funicular and public observatory 1500m. Beautiful countryside with castles and historic cities within 1 hour drive.
