Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

My home is cosy and full of light. It is quite spacious for a small family. We have a small room for my teen daughter, a big living room and a dining hall, a reasonably sized kitchen and a big bedroom as well as study for me. Plus the bathroom and a toilet of course. We live on the 4th floor of a Bauhaus building with a little view on the Danube from the balcony. There are 6 floors in the building, which is well-kept and cleaned. There is a French bakery and coffee place at the foot of the building.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

My home is located in a very friendly and affluent neighborhood downtown, with lots of greenerie and coffeeshops and hairdressers for some reason. Many tourist sites are within an easy reach, public transport is also accessible in 2 minutes from the flat. The Danube is visible from the balcony. If you feel like jogging or walking or biking you can do it on the bank of the river Danube or cross the Margaret bridge in 10 minutes and reach the island.

The home is located in a nice neighborhood, available with different types of public transportation. Our house was designed by a Swedish architect in the 1930s (Hugo Gregersen). A popular and very tasty French bakery is at the street level. We live on the fourth floor, with a view at the Danube from the small terrace. The flat is cosy yet totally comfortable for a family of 4 or 5 members, as the rooms are separated and arranged suitably,

The apartment is located in a vibrant, upper middle-class neighborhood. It has many restaurants, cafes, and a lot of Bauhaus buildings. 3 minutes from us is a big park with a playground. The Margaret island with a jogging lane, a zoo, remains of a monastery, a fountain and parks is a 15 minute walk from the flat. The Parliament is within a 20 minute walk. Public transportation is great in Budapest..
