Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home is a spacious modern apartment in the heart of Budapest. I renewd this apartment myself in 2015, because the building itself is a patina edifice built more than 100 years ago. The apartment has a wonderful view on the hills and city of Buda.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

The neighbors are nice. Both young people live in the building with kids or without and some friendly old people who remember the times before the second world war. There are no Airbnb and hostel bookings in the building, it is free of tourist crowd.

The apartment is 5-10 mins away from Buda Castle old town on foot, and 10-20 mins from downtown pub district with bus or on foot. There are 3 playgrounds and of course various restaurants, shops and cafés 5 mins away on foot. Even if the apartment is in the heart of Budapest, it is on Buda side which is less crowdy. It is quite easy to leave the city by car, if you want to visit lake Balaton, the beautiful old town of Szendendre (town of arts), or any other countryside locations. Parking is always possible in 0-1 mins away from the building, but it is for free only from Friday 6 pm till Monday 8 am. Otherwise it is circa 1 EUR/hour, circa 10 EUR/day (you have to pay only for 8am-6pm)
