Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

A spacious penthouse in one of the most beautiful residential areas in Prague. On the 3rd floor, with stairs to the attic. On the main floor, we have a hall, the kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with bath, the main bedroom, the living room, a balcony and the bedroom for our two daughters (8 and 10 years old). Through this room there's access to the attic, which is divided into two parts (one bedroom for our teenage son and the other for our 4 year old boy). This floor has a bathroom with shower and also a large terrace. We have a very large garden with terrace, sandbox and swing and the possibility to barbecue. We have a free parking space in front of our garage.

The highest rated neighbourhood in Prague (Prague 6). About 2 km from Prague Castle, tram stop around the corner and metro station about 10 min walk.There's a beautiful and quiet park in front of the house with two playgrounds at about 100 m. each. Close to airport (15 min. by car or taxi).
