THE ROOM
Comfortable and safe, double size bed (1,6metre), mini fridge, chair, working table. Bathroom is spacious, modern, hot water shower, basin table and toilet. You will be amazed with terrace! Zen and very breeze at night, you can reading or online this place.
PRIVACY
We stay in this house permanent. But your bedroom and bathroom are private. The living room and the kitchen will share with us. You can cook yourself. You can stay in living room, we are not often stay here, always online in my room, but if you like, I will talk with you about Vietnam's culture and custom what I think my travelers like to know when they visit oversea countries
SECURITY
We stay in this house, so security is the first.

CONVENIENCE:
- You will have your own room key. At daytime, you are free to come and go whenever you want, I open main door always, except weekend.
At night and weekend, press the bell, we open main door for you.
- Around my house, there are many restaurants and shops in the immediate neighborhood, where you will find all kinds of street food, as well as many typical Vietnamese. We can also order food to be delivered at home.
- You can walk to Kentucky, Lotteria fastfood, Pho 24, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robin, Coffee shop, 24/7 mini store like Family mart, Vinmart, CircleK, Shop&go.
ACCESSIBILITY
We are only 10-15 minutes to downtown, with Ben Thanh market, Notre Dame Cathedral Church and where you will find many historical sites.
SUPER EASY TRANSPORTATION:
There is a bus stop in the street right in front.
Easy to get trustworthy taxi, Uber, Grabcar.
INTERACTION WITH YOU
We are always reachable. We stay and I work at home, so you can always meet us.
