There is a lot of outside space depending of your needs: a private, panoramic roof terrace of around 90m2, there is a small fenced in common garden at the back of the house, and there are several public parks within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The second bedroom has a full-sized sofa that converts into a bed large enough for two average adults. Please allow €50 for cleaning upon your departure.
