English after the french part Notre maison est située dans un complexe charmant, sécure et tranquille au centre d'Antigua. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Elle a 4 chambres à coucher, dont 2 ont aussi des mezzanines avec lits, donc la maison peut facilement loger 10 personnes. Toutes les chambres ont leurs propres salles de bain complètes (5 au total). Totalement équipée, avec laveuse/sécheuse, lave-vaiselle, machine à expresso, etc. et le service d'une femme de ménage avec un léger frais de 75$usd. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous faire de merveilleux repas. La maison est spacieuse avec un foyer au salon, une magnifique terrasse-jardin intérieur avec foyer et fontaine plate qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Nous avons aussi une salle familiale qui donne sur une terrasse sur le toit et qui a ue vue imprenable sur les volcans. Parfait pour l'apéro! Vous y serez très confortables. Parfait pour une famille:). Nos 2 chats restent à la maison lorsque nous ne sommes pas là. Our house is located in a charming, safe and quiet complex in the center of Antigua. Everything is within walking distance. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 of them have mezzanines with beds, so it can easily accommodate 10 people. All bedrooms have their own full baths (5 in total). Fully equipped, with washer / dryer, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc., and maid service with a small fee of 75$usd. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook wonderful meals. The house is a spacious and luxurious house with a fireplace in the living room, an amazing interior terrace with gas fireplace and flat fountain that gives it a lot of charm. We also have a family room with a terrace that allows you to have a fantastic view of the volcanoes. You will be very comfortable. Perfect for a family our 2 old cats stay home while we are not there .

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Antigua est une petite ville charmante, patrimoine mondial de l'humanité selon l'UNESCO, avec d'excellent services de niveau international. C'est aussi là mec des écoles d'espagnol en Amérique latine. On peut y prendre des cours de langue pour pas cher... D'excellents cours de salsa aussi! Depuis Antigua, on peut voir tout le pays puisque c'est le hub touristique d'où partent tous les bus pour les 4 coins du pays. Nous sommes à 1 heure du Pacifique. Depuis la maison sur notre terrasse, on peut observer 4 volcans dont 2 sont toujours en activité! Vraiment impressionnant! Tout se marche depuis la maison car elle est très centrale, mais le soir venu, c'est le calme... Le matin, on entend que le chant des oiseaux nichés sur l'avocatier. Antigua is a charming little town, UNESCO world heritage, with excellent services of international level. It's also home to a lot of good Spanish schools. Excellent salsa lessons too! From Antigua, you can see the whole country since it is the tourist hub from where all the buses leave. We are about 1 hour from the Pacific and its black sand beach. From our terrace, we can observe 4 volcanoes of which 2 are still active! Really amazing! Everything is within walking distance of the house as it is very central, but in the evening, it's quiet so you can enjoy the house and its terraces.

It is a spacious and luxurious house with a fireplace in the living room, an amazing interior terrace with a gas fireplace, and a flat fountain that gives it a lot of charm. We also have a family room with a terrace that allows you to admire the volcanoes. You will be very comfortable. Perfect for a family :). We are experienced Home swappers and love the concept. We absolutely love our house and do everything we can for our guests to also enjoy it.

Antigua is a small and fantastic city. It is the Mecca of tourism in Guatemala and for good reasons: The city is a world heritage of UNESCO and preserved its colonial charm. Surrounded by 4 volcanoes, including 2 active, it is a very interesting town, with very good restaurants and Spanish language schools. This is the ideal place to explore the country or just to have a good time in Central America. A fantastic mix between culture and outdoors. Guatemala is the crib of the Mayan culture and is a fascinating and colorful country. Our house is walking distance from everything in the center of the town but in a very quiet neighborhood so the only thing you will hear in the morning is birds, after a good night of sleep.
