Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

- Modern and luxurious - Plenty of space - Cosy outside areas with lots of different possibilities - High ceilings with great accoustics - Private garden where you can relax - A car is also available (Ford Fiesta) - EV charging possible at home (with additional cost) - Depending on where we go, a Tesla Model Y can be included in the swap too Beautiful, modern newly built house constructed in 2020. You're welcomed in the very spacious kitchen with double high ceilings (4.6 meters). The modern open kitchen is really spacious and filled with all kind of appliances and kitchen machines. There's two kids rooms, one large bedroom (with a baby cot for co-sleeping) with a big bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. There's also an outdoor shower with warm water, for when you've gone swimming in the lake (the picture of the shower was taken in the winter) :-) The garden is cosy and filled with herbs and vegetables from raised beds and the greenhouse, as well as blueberries, apples, blackberries and strawberries. There's a pet rabbit that you can pet, his name is Svend. There's a big trampoline for the kids, so there's plenty to do! And then, there's about all the coffee equipment in the world - including a prosumer level espresso machine (ECM Synchronika). The house has Sonos in almost every room, and the living room has a 55" brand new OLED tv with surround sound. Note that some of the photos are professional - the house was used as an ad for the kitchen company that we used :-)

- The lake! Great place to swim and walk - The forests and the Danish summer weather - The local playground - Being close to Copenhagen or Helsingør, but still having a private place to relax Ravnsnæsset is a small area partly outside of Birkerød. It's an oasis right next to Sjælsø (literally translated to Lake of Souls). It's a beautiful, protected area with wild birds, beautiful sunsets and three large forests. There's a great place to swim 200 meters from the house, where there's also a small playground with swings. The bus is approx. 400 meters from the house, which takes you to the train station (3 km from the house). The train takes you to Copenhagen in 20 minutes, so there's plenty of chances for day trips. The ocean is 8 km away, a quick 10 minutes by car. The highway is also 2-3 km from the house, so it's easy to get around.

We're looking for reciprocal exchanges - preferably in Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Croatia or others) - but we're flexible. Ideally with easy access to a pool or the beach. We'd prefer a swap for a full month, in the time period in the middle of June to early August!
