Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

My apartment is in a beautiful building from 1896, in the centre of Oslo. It has high ceilings, original features and a charming garden. From the apartment is is a 10 min walk to the AirPort Express train, the Royal Palace is 5 mins walk away and there are busses and trams to take you all over the city. The apartment is newly renovated and is decorated to reflect our family with our love for comfort and cooking. We love movies and tv series, so we have smart tvs in the living room, in the kitchen and in the teen agers area. In the kitchen we have all kinds of equipment so if you are tired of visiting Oslos amazing restaurant scene, there is every opportunity to cook. Please feel free to use one of my cook books for inspiration!

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

This neighbourhood is known for its consistent and beautiful architecture. There are many embassies and the Prime Ministers house and the Royal Palace with the Palace Gardens are just down the road. It is a place known for high end shops and very good restaurants and bars. We are in walking distance to everything Oslo has to offer. There are two new museums that I can recommend - both the Nasjonalmuseum and the Munch museum is well worth your time. In the summer you can walk down to Aker Brygge and go island hopping in the Oslo fjord where every island has its own character and history. If you like parks and picnics the Frogner park is 15 mins walk away, with an amazing lay out and sculptures by Gustav Vigeland. For more information about Oslo, please see www.visitoslo.com
