Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home (285 m2) is spacious with a beautiful and private garden. We have five bedrooms, three of them with double beds. 1st floor contains a large living room with a fireplace, and all necessary gadgets to relax with a movie after a long day enjoying the Norwegian nature, going to the beaches, or sightseeing Stavangers old town ++. You also find a 25sqm kitchen with seating for 6, entrance hall , master bedroom, bedroom 2 & a toilet w.shower. 2nd floor contains 2 large bedrooms with tv and a livingroom for the kids. Ground floor contains a "youth space" combining a livingroom w home cinema and a large dobble bed bedroom. Outside there is a screened-in pergola (15 m2), jacuzzi, dining table for 6 and a relaxing seating area for 6-8 persons. Sandnes is the gateway to the beautiful North Sea beaches, the Pulpit Rock and fabulous mountains and fjords. The area is great for hiking, and also for bicycle trips, and ski facilities in the winter months (< hour drive). We're also close to the nature, allowing for both nice walks and bicycle rides from our house. There is an outdoor "fitness room" (306 steps) in the wood 10 minutes by foot from our house :-) Stavanger is 15 km to the north, 15 mins by train/car. Stavanger intl airport 15 mins by car to the west, where you will also find the fantastic beaches (70 km stretching south). 10 km to the south there is a popular amusement park (Kongeparken) where the kids will have a great time. Five-ten minutes drive from our house, we have up to ten smaller and bigger peaks for hiking, for example during late evenings in the summertime when the daylight will last until eleven. If you like biking, there are a lot of excellent roads with little traffic and great views nearby.

What you will love about this neighborhood Our house is situated on a hill, and we have a great view of "downtown" Sandnes and its surroundings. Most shops, restaurants, cinemas etc. are available by foot (10 - 15 minutes). There are several football fields, playgrounds, newly opened public swimming hall/arena within a very short walking distance from the house.

If you're not afraid of heights, you must visit the world-famous "Pulpit Rock" and the less known (but even more breathtaking) Kjerag. You can see photos in our presentation. You can access Pulpit Rock by ferry, or try the world's longest and deepest underwater tunnel (14 km) that opened in 2020.

What you will love about this home Sandnes is the gateway to the beautiful North Sea beaches, the Pulpit Rock and fabulous mountains and fjords. The area is great for hiking, and also for bicycle trips. We can provide up to five bikes. Our home (275m2) is spacious with large windows allowing the light to enter. We have five bedrooms, three of them with double beds. There is a large (65 m2) living room with fireplace and all necessary medias to relax after beutiful days in the grat norwegian natur. Or you can injoy the spacious outside where there is a screened-in pergola (15 m2), fireplace, jacuzzi ++. The house is situated in a quiet street, with walking distance of 15mins to downtown Sandnes (train to Stvg) so there's no traffic and almost no noise. You will find a Sonos sound system, smart lighting, Google Home and stuff like that if you're into gadgets. You can feed our cat if you like, but you don't have to. We also have a cute dog, that will be arranged care for if necessary. We have 3 boys in various age, so there are toys and abævaialble gaming setups.
