Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

My apartment is located on Intermares beach, in Cabedelo, in Paraiba, in the Northeast of Brazil. It is on the fifth floor, you can see the sea through the balcony and the windows of two bedrooms. The apartment is very close to the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and the building is safe. There is a 24-hour doorman and a person who cleans the building daily. The neighbors are polite and discreet. On the roof of the building there is a swimming pool, 2 small bathrooms, barbecue, and a party room. My apartment is small and very simple, but it has 3 bedrooms (one ff them is the suite, so it has a bathroom), 1 bathroom, dine room, living room, balcony, kitchen and laundry. Two bedrooms have beds (my bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a bed which can fit 1 person), and the third bedroom I use as an office, but it has a sofa that converts into a bed (it can sleep 2 people). There is a TV with cable (I have Amazon, Netflix, HBO and MUBI). I don't have TV channels, only streaming, as I don't like to watch TV. I read the news on my computer or phone. My apartment has great internet with WIFI. As I am retired, I no longer have a car. There are 3 local supermarkets in the neighborhood, and also 2 local bakeries, banks, pharmacies, etc., so you can go walking to everywhere. When I need to go further, I take an Uber. My apartment is ideal for 3 or 4 people at most. When my daughters left home, I sold my home and I bought it. I really like my apartment and the neighborhood. It is small and simple, but cozy and charming. And I hope you enjoy spending a few days in it.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Intermares beach is very beautiful and you can practice kitesurfing, walk along the seashore. When the tide is high, you can go surfing. From Monday to Friday, from 5:30 am to 8 am, the main avenue (close to the beach) is closed for people to walk, run, bike, and it is guarded by police. The neighborhood is small, but there are local supermarkets, local bakeries, pharmacies, bars, etc. Algo, there is a good USF (Family Health Unit) on Intermares beach, with competent and humanized doctors, dentists and nurses. It is open from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. In Brazil, most neighborhoods have a public health unit.

I'll leave everything mine in my apartment: books, DVD's, CD's, TV, electronics and appliances, clothes, paintings, photos, decorations, etc. Everything was bought with the sweat of my work, so please I really would like the guests to be ethical, careful, responsible, polite, discreet, good neighbors, and take care of my apartment and everything in it with responsibility, care and honesty.
