Casa Cimaglia is a rustic Italian house nestled within a sleepy borgo. The house has a 2 double bedrooms (I use one of these myself but it could be made available if needed), a single bedroom, a sitting room, bathroom/shower and a 'Snug' used as a breakfast kitchen. For cooler months there are woodburning fires in the sitting room and the 'Snug'. The house lies at the foot of the Sibillini mountain range named after the legendary sorceress, temptress and oracle who lured knights and travellers into her deep cavern with promises of passion and wonders untold.

Casa Cimaglia is part of a sleepy village on the outskirts of the spa town of Sarnano. It lies in the foothills of the Sibillini Mountains in Central Italy. The area has been described as Italy's best kept secret and is popular with those who want to explore parts of Italy not overun with tourists. There are numerous walking and cycling trails around the area. The house itself lies next to one of these. Sarnano is a renowned spa town with a historic centre dating back to the 13th century. It was originally a fortified castle of which parts of the walls & gates remain intact. Sarnano Terme is just a 5 minute walk away where you can enjoy luxury spa facilities and an outdoor pool. The town with all its facilities, including a good selection of cafes & restaurants, is a few minutes drive away. Or alternatively you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the track outside the house, through the nearby woods down into the town. On Thursdays the town centre is transformed into a bustling market place with a wide variety of fresh local produce.
