Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Relax in my beach house with 3BDR-3Baths (including one in the casita next to the pool), high ceilings, high-speed internet, 2 blocks from the beach, a huge garden, and a big pool. You enter through a double wood portal to the front of the property, you can park a car or two there and the front covered terrace is nice all day (during the winter season, in summer it gets hot at noon so we use the back terrace). We use it for dinners every night. The living room with 2 couches (one is a real twin bed) and a hammock welcome you as you step into the house. The kitchen is right off the living room, far enough from the bedrooms. It has all the appliances needed (microwave, electric kettle, little oven, gas stove, coffee maker, blender, air fryer). You will find supplies of drinking water also. There is a large walk-in pantry off the kitchen. I converted the dining room into an office with stand-up desk but can it be turned back into a dining room if needed by just removing the large computer screen and standing desk converter. Off the living room is one of the bathrooms and also a large bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (Queen bed+hammock). Stairs off the livign room lead to the upstairs bedroom (Queen bed) with its large terrace where you can do yoga in the morning, hang a hammock, beautiful sunrises to be enjoyed from there. The house has front and back entrances to the garden. The back entry leads to the garden and swimming pool through a large area with an outdoor table and chairs. There is a bocci ball court, pool and casita at the back. The casita is completely separate from the house and includes a large bedroom with a bathroom. It contains two twin beds that are often put together as one King bed. It also has a large covered area with a hammock, table and chairs. AC is brand new there. The very big garden will need watering at night. The pool gets a weekly cleaning from my team. Bedrooms have fans and the living room and casita have brand new AC units. It allows for a little cool in the afternoon but it won't give out 17degrees in the bedrooms as I have seen some people need in rentals and hotels. If you need to be cold and sleep with blankets, this is not the house for you.

The beach is two blocks away. Completely safe neighborhood, kids play in the street, I say hello to everyone in the street. The Center of town is accessible through super-efficient public transport within minutes. Restaurants, shops within walking distance. Even a food truck across the street if you feel like fries and burgers. 30min drive from the center of Merida, 45min from Merida airport. 4,5hrs from Cancun airport. Uber and taxis available easily. Within 60-90 minutes you have so many things to do and see: Uxmal, Izamal, Sisal, Sendero Jurasico, many haciendas and dozens of cenotes.

It is Mexico so: water pressure is not what you can be used to, there are barking dogs in the neighborhood, bugs here and there... This is my house so I will not approve exchanges for longer than two weeks. I have lots of contacts for drivers, guides, or rental cars. I am not interested about exchanges in Québec.
