Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home offers plenty of space for a group of up to 5 people. There is a double bed (180x200 cm) in the master bedroom and a bit smaller mattress (140x200 cm) in the kids room. One person can sleep comfortably on the couch (90x200cm) in the living room. The bathroom includes a bath tub as well as a shower. The apartment was renovated in 2015 but our two kids decorate it in their own taste :) so a new round of renovation is planned when the kids grow older. If you come with kids, they will love the climbing frame in the kids room. Our favourite spot (kids' as well as adults') is the couch with big cushions. The living room and master bedroom tend to get hot in the summer, especially in the afternoon, so you will for sure enjoy the ceiling fans.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

There is a supermarket, a cafe and an Asian restaurant right across the street. A pharmacy, a fitness center, and a great pizza and burger place are 2 minutes away and more restaurants within a 15-minutes walk. There are also several playgrounds in the neighborhood. The city center is a 20-30-minutes walk away, or 10-minutes bus ride away.

Unfortunatelly, there is currently a construction site right in front of our home. They are building a new tram line here, which should be finished in October 2022. The upside is that there is no traffic during the night.
