We are planning Greece in April 2023 and Italy summer 2023.
This is our secondary home. It has 3 bedrooms, 1,5 bath. The garden is huge and made for fun.
We have wifi and a TV if you want to be inside.
For GP-exchange we kindly ask you to pay a cleaningfee to the celaning company 65 Euros.
Lo que te va a encantar del barrio
Wake up to the sound of birds and the wind blowing in the trees. Our home is close to a pond, great to walk around it, and to pick blueberries. Be mindful. Relax.
In a 30 minutes walk and you get to a small beach, perfect for the kids. We usually make it a whole days trip. You go through woods with no cars, only cabins.
It is a short drive to everything that the Sandnes-/Stavanger-area has to offer. You can drive to Stavanger by car, or go by boat from Hommersåk.
Preikestolen / pulpit rock: 1 hour by car to the sandy beaches of Jæren: 30 minutes away (Surfing is great at Hellestø and Bore beach all year)
Kjeragbolten: 1.5 hours by car
Månafossen
Kongeparken: a theme-park, great for kids, 25 minutes by car
Norwegian outlet: 25 minutes drive
Stavanger: 30 minutes, in Stavanger you will find the famous street of colors / fargegata. You will find tons of resturants, including 2 Michelin - resturants. In the summer the city close the roads, and the resturants move out in the streets.
For vegetarian/vegan options I love: Bellies (! must try - even for meateaters), resturant Sôl, K2 and Circus Renaa.
Flor og fjære is also great.

You can go for a rib safari in Lysefjorden, check out cruises at Rødne.
Stavanger is a hip and international city. Every spring and summer there are festivals; they have a street art festival (nuart), food-festival, gin-festival, humor-festival, blues-festival, chamber-music festival.. Cool shops, pubs and bars. A pretty cool place to visit.
