Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

My flat is located in a very central location. Is a very bright and fresh apartment with all the amenities necessaries to have a wonderful stay. The flat has two balconies where you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning but also the sunset - unfortunately the only thing I can guarantee is the sun :(

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

My neighborhood is very quite with lots of amenities near by including bakeries, restaurant and shops but is also very close to the city centre. Near by is the very nice park with a small pond where you can have a nice lunch or dinner, there are also many Italian restaurants around the area and the city centre is just 20 min by walk.

¿Algo más que añadir?

I live alone with my dog Oscar so obviously I'm pet friendly so in case you have a dog there's also a dog park near by. And I am looking for a house swap in a sunny place, pet friendly and with a good internet connection where I can work remotely.
