The house is a part of a small community with many friendly neighbors.
At the ground floor you’ll get into an equipped kitchen connected with a living room that open on our backyard. There is also a sleeping room suitable for a child. At the first floor you’ll find three more rooms. One is our master bedroom, the second one has a bed for small children and the third one has room for two children since there is a mezzanine. In the bathroom there is a large shower cabine. Be aware of that the mattresses directly lay on the floor. Is not that beds are missing is just how we like it.
It is possible to park a car for free.
The house is situated on a small hill. You will you enjoy a nice view to the near lake and the sea. You are welcome to benefit of the shared area with a playground, basketball net, trampoline and fireplace.

Close to a nice wood with playground (see pictures). 7 km to the beach and to the center of Aarhus.
Visit the neighborhood by bike or car. You can drive along the cost to different beaches and small towns and ports such as Kalø, Ebeltoft, Randers. You can visit amusement parks (Djurslands Sommerland and Tivoli Friheden) and zoos (Ree Park, Randers Regnskov, Botanisk haven).

Vi bor i et rækkehus i et skøn bofælleskab 10 km nord for Aarhus. Huset har 4 soveværelser, badeværlse, køkken og stue i et. Lille baghave og forhave med bord-bænkesæt. Bofælleskavet råder over fælles udearealer med legeplads, shelter og bålplads.

Letbanen til Aarhus ved døren, skov med legeplads, 10 min. til vandet (Risskov).
