Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa
A very cosy, spacious and bright apartment located on a quiet street in the otherwise buzzling Nørrebro! Charming apartment complex from 1919.
The apartment has one bedroom with big, very comfortable doublebed and childbed, a big livingroom with 2 good sleeping couches (Can be used as bedroom), a big kitchen-livingroom and a so-called classic “Copenhageners bathroom / restroom” (read small). Last but not least a large balcony turned south.
Third floor and highest floor which means no noise from upstairs and you have a great view over the charming roofs of Nørrebro, in a pink-painted sunset it is such a pretty sight.
4 bikes available (or even more if you request, bicycle machenic living in the apartment). Childseats are mounted on two of the bikes.
If we exchange homes, we are open to exchanging cars as well. We own a small estate car.
With all the necessities for families with small children. Toys, swing, bicycleseats and child chair - can also be stored in attic, if you are travelling without kids.
Very neat and big backyard with options of eating homecooked meals outside.
Lo que te va a encantar del barrio
Nørrebro: The absolute best and most interesting neighbourhood of Copenhagen! Lovely little streets with coffee shops, craft beer and specialized boutiques, great cuisine, but also the original old brown bars and cheap food- and drink shops.
In the area you will find Assistens Kirkegården, which is both an old cementery and a public park. Here you will among others find H.C. Andersen's and Søren Kirkegaard's grave.
The “red and black park” made by architect Bjarke Ingels, neatly illustrating all the cultures coming together in the charming meltingpot of Nørrebro, illustrated by objects imported from around the world.
Check out Jægersborggade if you would like to see a street concentrated with unique boutiques and sales of gourmet foods.
For children you will find lots of playgrounds nearby and also a petting zoo free of charge.
4 minutes walk to metro station Nørrebros Runddel.
10 minutes walk to “The lakes”.
20 minutes walk to the absolute center of Copenhagen.
